General: The Technology Park is located in the immediate vicinity of the University of Applied Sciences. It was developed especially for service- and technology-oriented companies aiming at cooperation with the Bocholt University of Applied Sciences department. Future-oriented technology and innovation will also be reflected in the design of the technology park and the architecture of the individual buildings. For this reason, building blocks have been defined as basic guidelines or design principles which are to be taken into account in the planning. Concrete construction projects will therefore be developed in coordination with the urban planning department of the city of Bocholt.
